The cable uses 4N annealed silver conductors instead of copper. Silver or copper is matter of personal taste. No trace of harshness in the highs, direct, precise, silk and distinction. Great overall subjective dynamics, imaging, lateralisation, focus. Recommended for high end systems as this cable doesn't make any compromises.
For information : our interconnect cables do not make use of any external shield.
The connectors we use
We have our plugs custom machined in order to match our needs, so that they do not diminish musical cable performance. The RCA body is made of fine eutectic brass, and the plugs were optimised in order to reduce metal thickness at the junction points. The dielectric used inside the plug is 100% machined PTFE ; conductive parts are silver 99.9% plated and the units have an elegant external ground lock system in order to reduce insertion losses to the minimum ; This also allows the male RCA to be very securely fastened to the female RCA.
